"Bustling with activity!"

University Ave is the main street through Hillcrest which is San Diegos most diverse community. It has a very friendly mixture of people, wonderful restaurants, crazy nightclubs and fun, funky shopping. Great place to hang out if you like high energy.

"Away from the city, but well worth the drive!"

My street is actually a small 2 lane highway with very few houses. The minimum lot size is 5 acres (I have 13) so your neighbors are far away. The street travels up the side of a mountain with nonstop views. Once you reach the top it is pretty impressive. It is ruralbut only 10 minute drive to shopping and well worth it.
