This is a great starter neighborhood. It has several starter home and twin homes. Home prices are low enough that anyone can afford to live there. There are a lot of young families with small children - so child care is easy to find. Neighborhood is within walking distance to grocery stores, banks, fast food and fitness centers. There is an elementary school, Jr High and High School within walking distance. They are building a new Walmart Superstore within 1 mile of this neighborhood.

Even though Streetadvisor's outdated map just shows this address as an empty lot - this is actually a thriving neighborhood. Great starter homes starting in the low 200's. Most residents are young families so it would be great for a family with kids - lots of friends to play with.

There are several fast food chains and a couple of dine-in restaurants within 1-2 miles of this location and a Walmart less than 2 miles away.

There are plenty of public parks, walking trails and a skate board park nearby. And because this is Utah - there is a church on almost every corner.

This location is within 2 miles of Hill AFB - which is the largest employer in the state of Utah.

Because the homes are new - resale value is at it's greatest. Great place to start a family!

Edgehill Estates is located in the city of West Point on the east side of the Great Salt Lake. It is a quiet farming community. Being very rural there are no businesses, grocery stores or medical facilities within the city limits, however, all of these are located in neighboring cities just a quick 2-4 miles away. Edgehill Estates has 2 new public schools and a brand new city park located within it's borders. The city park has a great walking path, baseball diamonds, soccer field, playground equipment and plenty of covered picnic areas. The neighbors are very friendly and help each other out when needed - they also hold an annual street BBQ each summer.
