About Me

Roisin first established her introduction to Real Estate at an early age. Born into a family of hard working construction laborers and raised around the Philadelphia suburbs. A graduate of Neumann University, with a Bachelors of Science in Liberal Studies and focus in Communications from Cabrini College.Before Roisin started her career in Real Estate, Roisin was just your average child growing up in a family of hard workers. Roisin’s Grandfather immigrated to the Philadelphia area from Ireland. As a young immigrant in the 1950’s with only a second grade education, there were many disadvantages for him to overcome. However, these did not apply to his legacy of hard work today. He encompassed a passion for turning his hard days work into successful business ownership. Some of these areas included painting, home renovations, furniture designing, and restaurant/bar ownership. In addition, owning multiple livestock and farms back in Ireland on and off throughout his lifetime and until he retired. At an early age Roisin watched this succession. Some younger memories are of lumber yards, picking out paint colors for customers and even riding around in a work truck for estimates. These were just some of the unconventional means for entertainment on the weekends as a child. It is not surprising that Roisin has chosen to emulate some of the many hard working qualities instilled to her over the years. She has a very hands-on attitude to “get the job done”! Buyers, Sellers and even business associates whom have worked with Roisin recognize she is extremely “in tune” with the “art of the deal”. This is from years of experience and continuing to acquire strategic techniques to help her advance in all types of markets. Roisin recognizes that each Real Estate transaction needs to not only run smooth but must encompass multiple qualities for a successful investment for her clients. Roisin has extensive experience in investment portfolios, project coordinating, designing, staging and rehabbing. It doesn’t just stop there either. Her focus of Real Estate goes from condominiums in Center City to Farmhomes in Bucks County and everything in between. Delco, Montco, Chestco…. She go’s…!! Just like the diverse way Roisin grew up, there is diversity in how she does business and how she approaches Real Estate Transactions. Every transaction is different and some are more complicated than others. Roisin’s unique strategies will keep your investments secure and help navigate through the process of a sale. It is not all work for Roisin and in her down time she finds ways to occupy the stresses of everyday work through her artistic side. She likes to refinish furniture and enjoys decorating as a relaxing resource, “Seeing a piece of trash turn to treasure is a great reward”, she exudes with excitement. Also she enjoys bicycling the trails in and around the Philadelphia area.
