Founded HouserHome Restoration, Inc. in 2003 where he acquired the skills of real estateinvesting. Rick took his constructionbackground and put it to use “flipping” homes. He then decided to get his real estate license and pursue a full timecareer in helping investors, buyers, and sellers achieve their real estategoals. He has received many awards forhis excellent service including Best of Bucks Realtor and a multi-year winner ofthe Philly Magazine Five Star award. Once established Rick’s main focus became helpingdistressed home owners where he now runs a successful short sale businesshelping homeowners and investors achieve many aspects of the industry. Putting all those tools together, Rickfounded The Rick Houser Realty Group and has partnered with the REIAlliance. Through the Alliance, Rickprovides many business consulting services, investment opportunities, and hasbecome the one stop shop person for all real estate needs.
