"Quiet little residential street"
This is one of the best streets in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, and I'm not just saying that cause I live here. It's only a block off of Comm Ave, which has easy access to the T, several restaurants, and good wifi/cell phone service. It's also a half mile away from the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, and right behind the buildings at 39 and 35 Mt Hood Road there's a hidden wooded easement that nestles in between the buildings on this street and the building on Comm Ave around the corner. This little urban wildlife area has a fantastic collection of blue jays, downy woodpeckers, nuthatches, cardinals, and even the occasional hawk.
Despite all this, it's actually very quiet. We rarely hear foot traffic or cars from our building, because of the angle the street is on and the hill that it includes.
