"Old, established neighborhood, little traffic"
A nice quiet neighborhood (there's no through traffic) of older homes (the street was developed in the late 1950's). One of the best values in Chapel Hill (you can find houses in the 200K range in 2008!). There's access to many miles of hiking/biking trails in Carolina North. The neighborhood is blessed (or cursed) with herds of deer. It's fun to watch Bambi frisking in the back yard, but good luck growing tomatoes! Friendly folks, with occasional block parties and a fairly active Neighborhood Watch program.
