Ms. Patricia A. Molitor works in real estate assisting buyers and sellers meet their goals and expectations in their real estate transactions. She also is very well versed on the relocation side of real estate, providing another layer of expertise to her clients. Pat also spent 18 years in Financial Services. She feels that having the background in Relocation and Financial Services adds a multi layer approach to her business. Many times, clients and customers have questions relating to the financial services industry or regarding relocation for employers, and having someone who understands and is proficient in answering these questions is beneficial to all. Pat throughout her professional career, has had a strong background through Financial Services and Real Estate in consulting with clients and customers to assess their needs, wants, desires, and recommending appropriate products and/or solutions to meet their expectations. It is Pat’s desire for helping people and her passion for ensuring that her clients expectations are met, that contributes to her strength in real estate. Pat lives in Bear, Delaware with her three children.
