Burbank Street is, like most streets in Alameda, centrally located near shopping and dining.
Burbank is a great place for kids as, Washington Park is only steps away, and, the street comes along with great area schools!
The only con about Burbank, is, the street is frequently busy!
Burbank is about 5th on my list of great streets, but 1st on my list of kid friendly streets!
Lots of fun things to do!
Overall, Burbank Street is a great a great area for families and couples!

Percy Is A Very Nice, Quiet, Clean Street That I Would Move To Any day!
The street, like most in Alameda, is centrally located near shopping and other activities!
I visited a collage friend and his wife here, and they seem to absolutely LOVE their street.
I took a day off from visiting my parents to go and relax at their home.
As they are having a baby at the moment, I could not stay for long to enjoy the beauty of Percy and the surrounding areas!
I wish that I could go back!
Overall, Percy Ln and the surrounding streets are a pretty good place to buy/rent/visit for just about anyone!

When I visited my parents on Eclipse, I almost died!
The street is located on the water, near a park, in a safe area, What more can you ask for!!!
All Of The Courts Around Shoreline Park are WONDERFUL!!!!!
The street is centrally located around downtown Alameda and personally, I would move there in a second!!!
I asked around and found out that the schools are GREAT and quality of the area second to none!
Overall All of the courts around Eclipse are marvelous!
No street that I have ever lived on can compare to Eclipse!
This street is recommended to all people that can afford a house there!

When I Lived On Garfield, It was a great experience!
Nice people all up and down the street!

Garfield is a great place for families and Seniors over 55!

Garfield is near the water too, getting the perfect breeze in the summer!
As My next door neighbors had kids, I found out that the schools were also to the liking of both the kids and the parents!

44th Avenue is only a one way street and make the city of Oakland even harder to navigate! When I visited a friend there, I got a VERY bad vibe traveling through the area! I hope I don't have to go back any time soon! I persuaded my friend to move this area was so bad! Never Bing Children Here! NOT RECCOMENDED AT ALL!!!

5th Ave is a VERY bad area! I would never go near this place again! Homeless People and Drug trades on the streets. No kids should be permitted to go near this street! The only good thing is what landmarks are located nearby! Area is also very noisy and annoying at night! NOT RECCOMENDED FOR ANYONE!!!
