About Me

Margaux has been a dedicated real estate sales associate alongside her partner & Mother, Mary Genovese Colvin, since 2005. Born & raised in the Rittenhouse Square area of Center City, Margaux is an area expert & knows the value of city living. Her dedication & knowledge will help you make the right decision and show you why Philadelphia real estate is the best investment. With a professional yet friendly approach, Margaux helps clients feel comfortable about what can be a stressful process and ensures they are thrilled with their purchase or sale. Margaux was recently named to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services "REthink Council" - a National Council of 10 agents throughout the network, ages 35 and under, that will focus on how to better connect with Millennial consumers as well as attracting younger agents to the industry. Outside of real estate, Margaux is involved in the Friends of Rittenhouse Square, serving as co-chair for the Young Friends Ball on the Square, in addition she serves as the President of the Alumni Board of her Alma Mater - The William Penn Charter School, and is an active parent at her children's pre-school. Margaux resides in Fitler Square with her husband, Kevin, two sons, and their English Bulldog, Lucy.
