"Hidden Gem"
I was pretty surprised to see the negative reviews of this area, but I noted they are older reviews, so perhaps I've just seen a better Grant Park. I recently moved to the area and love not only my super kind neighbors, but the development coming to the neighborhood and access to green space. I believe the parks were revitalized within the past couple of years, and I love being on the trails and with easy access to the Aquatic Gardens and the Arboretum. Perhaps it's just my neck of the woods, but with easy parking, friendly neighbors and accessibility, I've been happy with my decision to move!
