"busy street near a college"
Fowler Avenue hosts the main entrance to the University of South Florida. This college has a large student population, and there is alot of traffic to and from the campus. There are many restaurants and businesses that are frequented by the students of the Tampa campus, as well as a mall less than a mile from USF. Also on Fowler Ave. is the museum of science and industry, which is directly across from USF.
