"Out in the Country, Away from the busy life"

Lake Shore Drive is a perfect place to raise a family or to retire. The people who live out here are very proud of their yards and maintain them very well. It is 15 minutes from places to shop and eat. The schools are good. There are plenty of activities for you to enjoy in this neighborhood. This community comes together for neighborhood watch and monthly meetings. The properties are fairly large but you feel that you are in a quiet and secluded neighborhood.

"A well balanced Neighborhood"

Castlewood drive is located in Oak Ridge North Subdivision. Its very peaceful and quiet at nighttime and very entertaining to watch during the day due to all the children playing outside. It is within 2 minutes from places to shop and eat. There are two parks that are within walking distance. One of the parks is for small children the other one is for teenagers or adults. People who live here generally feel very safe due to the law enforcement that surrounds you. The schools are within walking distance as well and very good to have your children in.

"Quiet and Secluded"

Holley Court is in a very secluded area. It is 15 minutes from places to eat and shop. This is a one way in and one way out street. It is only 1 minute from Beltway 8 which takes you anywhere you need to go around Houston. This is a perfect area for senior citizens. Plenty of peace and quiet. The properties out here are fairly large but makes you feel like you live in a neighborhood.

""Not too far, Not too close""

242 is a street that is 2 minutes from Walmart, Lowes, and plenty of places to eat. 242 is far enough from the city. The traffic is at a minimum. If you like to enjoy the nightlife 242 makes it very easy for you to do that with bars and pub and grills within 2 minutes from your home. There are 6 neighborhoods that are perfect to raise a family right off of 242 and Interstate 45. You are also within walking distance from a convince store to get your last minute goods. So if you enjoy seeing everything that is going on around you this is the place for you.

""Life in the Country""

This street is in a quiet neighbor hood. This is an area to have farm animals. There are a lot of pastures and animals on the street. Each house has property that is at least two acres. It is also right off of Greens Bayou. This is a street that runs in a very small neighbor hood that has very few children in it. The schools are decent. This is more of an area for couples or singles. So if you like riding horses and living out in the country this is the perfect place for you.

"Quiet Neighborhood, Relaxing Spirit"

Billie Bess is mostly a retirement community. This street is one of the quietest in Conroe. Located one and a half miles from downtown Conroe, There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and work. If pool halls or dance clubs are among the activities you like, there a few within 3 minutes drive. People are quiet and friendly. The streets are wide and covered with large, old Oak Trees. Great place to live for the quiet life.

"Friendly neighbors and a quiet home"

Atherstone is a street you would like to raise a family on. We have a daycare within one mile of our street. The schools are within 10 minutes depending on which school. We have sidewalks for the kids to ride their bikes or for getting your nightly run on! The neighborhood pool is a five minute walk and the park is even closer (depending on which, we have three) All of us neighbors get together when there is a birthday or if somebody needs help.

"Old Town with southern comfort"

Elm Street runs into Old Town Spring. This is an old Railroad town that has almost 200 shops whose outer appearance resemble an "old west" in structure. Once you enter a shop you immediately are enlightened by a sense of friendliness. Alot of the shop owners make the goods themselves (pottery, jelly, woodwork). These people are the same folks that live on Elm Street. We have three churches in our area and we enjoy having visitors. Kids birthdays and barbecues are a weekly event. This is a fun place for a kid.

"Great place to raise a family"

This is one of those neighborhoods where neighbors help neighbors. We enjoy barbecue and family fun. When we would have a birthday party, half of the block would show up. We enjoy basketball at the house and the neighborhood pool when it is too hot. This street has many families with young children. The houses and yards are well kept. The street has sidewalks, gutters, and concrete streets.
