About Me

I was born, raised, educated and developed my career in Philadelphia, PA. My husband is a scientist and manager at Siemens in Newark, DE. We own homes in both cities. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977. Our daughter graduated from PENN in 2008. Our son is in school now. Both are Scholar-Athletes. Tuition and tournament expenses provide motivation to SETTLE properties for my clients. We live, work, play, study and pray in Philadelphia, PA and Newark, DE, environments ripe with many diverse, cultural and business opportunities. I see Real Estate ownership as a way to build social and financial capitol while simultaneously engaging in diplomacy, negotiation and self determination. I have renovated several properties over the years and have the good fortune to currently own a few for investment purposes adding to my knowledge and experience. I work with a small client list at a time, and over the course of my career I have helped thousands of Buyers and Sellers achieve their Real Estate dreams.
