"Great place for shoppers"

I found this 69th street is very lively.
There is Sears,Marshalls, lots of private sellers also.
shops are cheaper comparatively center city shopping.
There is Poppyees Chicken,Crowns Chicken to eat out.
Whenever I go down there I see people are walking by.The place is not that crowded.
There is a free parking just beside Staples.
Not good for living but good to roam about and shopping.

If somebody wants to stay near the city but does not want to be a part of crowd, Hamilton Street would be a good option.
There not many stores around but it is very quiet and safe place to live.
There are few row houses with full utility. On street parking is free.
It is 15-20 mins walk to Market Street. As it is just after Vine Express Highway, you won't find more people walking on the street.
Broad Street is just 2/3 blocks away.
Not much green around.
This is good place for students or couples.

Other nearest streets are pine street, lombard street.
Parking is not free on Fitzwater but side streets are free.Residents need parmission for parking.
There are few grocery stores nearby like Acme.

"good place to live as a student"

What I like about Philadelphia is the life. I have experienced the joy when Philli won.People were rejoicing till 3 AM. Though I am not from Philli I easily joined them with my friends.
I just loved it.
I love the walnut street to hang out with friends. Cool street where I can just walk down and chill.
Love the Irish Pub on walnut.
South street makes me feel like charming shopping place with lots of eating places and cool wind from the Delaware river.I am definitely sure anyone specially young would love center city as much I did.
Every mode of communication is available in Philli. I never faced any kind of problem though I have no car as of now.Let me tell you car parking in garage costs much. You don't need a car actually.
There are lots of bikers around the city.I love riding bike.So philli is great for me.
