"Old Fogeys Rule the neighborhood"
Rae Lingo and Romaine Moore are the oldest crankiest association bitches you'll ever meet. They harass most of the residents and are unreasonable in their rules. They think that they are able to enforce the rules, but several of the neighbors have banded together to harass them back with "For Sale" signs, Orange Construction barrells, and other "lawn ornaments" that have mysteriously appeared in their front yard.
They dont know what the internet is, much less how to use a computer (they Typed their resumes manually on a typwriter when they submitted to run for the board), so if you need to contact them dont bother to send an e-mail! They won't get it.
The neighborhood website sucks too. I hope that they didn't pay money for that piece of crap!
Otherwise, the neighborhood is great - clean/quiet, great location, good resale value, etc.

"Great for the family wanting to be close to all conveniences or for the young professional wanting to be close to night life and work!"
Boulevarded "Millionaires Rowe" with mansions that have been converted to law firms, funeral homes and other various white collar professional offices. Many rental units make this a young, vibrant street. Lots of dogs being walked and people commuting to and from work on foot. The Erie Insurance crowd also frequents the sidewalks during their lunchtime exercising in the warmer months.
