Lots of kids to play with your kids. Bus stops throughout neighborhood. Stream in neighborhood for fishing, frogging, splashing. Street traffic caters to kids playing. Families get along; a neighborhood garage sale in the fall. Off the beaten path but not isolated. Dead end streets.
