Beautiful Street with a well-maintained park and fountain in the middle. This used to be a bit of an oasis in a scary part of town, but thanks to a lot of redevelopment, not so much any more. God restaurants within a block or two, gym down the street, lots of trees and less wandering drinks now that LiquorLand has relocated!

Good neighborhood association - we have parties in the park a few times a year, we collectively pay a cleaning service to tidy up after the trash collectors have come by and done their 'work', so the square is almost always spotless, which is quite something for an urban neighborhood
