"Polar Rock Community is a new and upcoming community"

I moved to Polar Rock in 2018 as the community is very quiet and family-friendly. The community itself looks out for one another and are willing to assist in the time of need. It is a very walkable, running, biking, nature preserve, safe, and cost-friendly neighborhood. The community does have an active neighborhood association and community watch program. Polar Rock is at a convenient location as it is 6 minutes from the Airport and Downtown Atlanta as the Atlanta Beltline, Browns Mills Golf Course, East Atlanta Village, and Pittsburgh Yards are minutes away as well. The community itself is being revitalized with new construction and also upgrading old homes to new standards. If you are looking for a cost-friendly, city-suburb vibe, walkable, safe, public transportation, and easily accessible community; then Polar Rock is it!
