"It's all about the beach"
The Bel Air subdivision is fantastic. Tucked away right off of A1A, I never expected to find a quiet subdivision like this. Great mix of neighbors--old, young, couples, families. Rare in my experience in South Florida, there's a great neighborhood vibe. And all this is a five to ten minute walk to the beach--the public access walkway is right beside the Sea Watch restaurant. We're really happy here.
