"Ever Eclectic, Venice still full of color and fun"
Even in Venice, there is still neighborly spirit on the famed "walking streets" that lead down to the Venice boardwalk. Paloma Avenue is gem in the area - with about 75% new families with children ranging from newborns to 10. The block ranges from celebrities to architects and movie directors and everything in between. The transient ratio is still about 50% (i.e. renters), but it's usually not a big deal.
