"Rural life close to the freeway"

Very rural community with big property lots and livestock. Dead end dirt road keeps traffic to a minimum and the neighbor's tractor keeps the road snow free in the winter. Neighbors aren't overly friendly but on the other hand, they leave you alone which is fine. Less than 5 minutes to Interstate 25, easy-on, easy-off access. Only 20 minutes from dowtown Denver; 30 minutes from Boulder. Brand new shopping mall close by with Sears, PetSmart, CostCo, Dave's Liquors, OfficeMax, etc. Mostly chain restaurants (Village Inn, Chili's, Dave's Ribs). Nice view of the mountains and sky.
