"A street that spawned celebrities"

SW 16th Street, near 87th Avenue, is the home of Miami Coral Park Senior High. Miami Coral Park Senior High is famous for having as students both Gloria Estefan and Jose Canseco. In fact, SW 16th Street was once renamed to Jose Canseco Blvd. from 87 Ave until 107 Ave. In the Westchester area, 16th Street is mostly residential having some schools. It ends, on the west, at Florida International University. Traffic is fairly bad in the mornings and evenings as it is the main thoroughfare to get out of the area and avoid the more congested main streets. Weekend traffic, however, is light.

"Mostly residential but high traffic"

32nd Street is a two lane road that takes you east to west in the heart of Westchester. There are many schools on this street so traffic is slow in the mornings. There is bus access and many kids walk to school. While there is housing, I would choose to live on a less busy street unless you enjoy traffic noises (NY'ers may love it).
