"Nice and affordable...a great place for your first home"

If you like grocery stores, we've got 3 majors close by. St. Patrick Drive is quiet and folks tend to keep to themselves. Only 15-20 houses and a fair amount of diversity...blacks, whites, hispanics, older folks, kids, families, singles, long termers and a few new to the neighborhood. Great school district and decent local schools.
