I am happy to see that the HOA have taken steps to crack down on the undesirable element that has move into the area, this is a real plus for the home owners. We do not need this in the area. With no true police presence in the area we must become self reliant as a community. Pike and Monroe counties and the townships are so out of touch with what is happening in their backyard, it amazes me that people keep buying in the area. They are not doing their homework. No forward progress with updating infrastructure like roads will cause major issues as the population explosion continues.
As for the other parts of life in Saw Creek, most people have the "East Coast" attitude, not friendly, not interested and barely even say hello. 10 years in the house and attempts to reach out to neighbors, I could not tell you their names. New house built next door 18 months ago, and not even a hello. I would love to move from the area!!
