Where are the best restaurants in Sacramento?

There are ton of great restaurants in and around the midtown area. Here's just a few to get you started:

Moxie
the Firehouse
the Ella Dining Room
and Biba.

But really there are lots of great spots in Sac. Plan it around what else you want to do and you are sure to impress.
