I am looking to buy a house on 19th and Morris in Point Breeze. Is this area safe for a female?

My boyfriend and I are looking to buy a house on 19th and Morris in Point Breeze. I am wondering how safe this area is considering I will probably have to park a couple blocks away and walk home alone in the dark sometimes. Can anyone who has some experience in this area give some insight to its safety?

But as a Realtor, what I suggest to my clients is to do drive throughs of the neighborhood during different times of the day/night. This will give you a safe way to explore the area from the comfort of your car. From there our next step is to set up a housing tour. I would find several houses in the area to check out.
