I've live here most my live and can say that is full of wanna be hoodlums and that the majority of the population is living off the system. In the middle of the week you will find the downtown streets crowded with individuals whom would rather fake an injury or multiply exponentially than work. I leave for work in the morning and see my neighbors on the porch, come home and see them still on the porch, just watching. The roads all need work. It's seriously overcrowded, the population is equal to that of a town 4x it's size.
