"Cooling water, good people. "

On seventeenth court, in pompano beach, there are a series of small semi bland apartment buildings. In the back yard of these buildings, is a blockish industrial shaped artificial lake. This lake contributes seriously in cooling the apartments down. Plus, against all reason, the people in this part of Pompano Beach are very cool, kind, caring individuals, making this neighborhood a stand alone in a horrible city.
