North Juanita, Kirkland

This is a gorgeous, well kept neighborhod. The houses are each individual, and the neighborhood does not have the "cookie cutter" feel of many modern areas. It is obvious that many of the residents care very much about the appearance and feel of the streets, yards, and homes.

The entire area has beautiful landscaping, trees, plants, and greenery. It is all well tended and kept tidy. The trees and bushes are properly cut back, and the lawns and plants aren't overgrown.

The area also seems very quiet and family friendly. You will often see families out taking walks and playing in the neighborhood. There is very little traffic, and it is off the beaten path.

Overall this is a great neighborhood, one where I'd love to live.
