We currently don have a review on N 19th Ave but there are some in the surrounding area that might help. http://www.streetadvisor.com/arizona/phoenix/north_19th_avenue/overview

I can tell you a little about the 15000 block of 19th ave having lived there for about three years. What I will do is write a review on the area and perhaps that will help
