Totally Family Friendly Neighborhood

My street is THE family street. It's a one block long dead end street with only four houses on the block and lots of kids. In our neighborhood, even in some of the worst weather there are kids out playing and adults keeping a close eye. The only cars that come...Full review

Essex Avenue is on the border of Glen Ridge and Bloomfield. One side of the street is lined with gas lamps (Glen Ridge) and the other street lights. There are trees, plants and gardens all along the street.

Great place, right off the parkway.

Located a block east of Bloomfield's historic Green, adjacent to Bloomfield College, and a few blocks from downtown and train service to NYC Penn Station, this neighborhood is great to raise a family and have access to all of urban life's amenities.
