1. Ada Park - walking trails, swimming pool, tennis, soccer, baseball, gym
2. Blackwelder Park - baseball, playground
3. Cooper Park - baseball, tennis, basketball
4. Beverly Arts Center- non-profit multicultural arts center
5. Palliser's Cottage Home Number 35 - built in 1882 example of "pattern book architecture"
6. Morgan Park Academy - founded in 1873 - very successful and well-respected private school
7. South Side Irish Parade - held the Sunday before St. Patrick's Day
8. DAT Old Fashioned Hand-Cut Donuts and Deli - wonderful donuts and sandwiches
9. O'Rourke's Office - sophisticated bar with fifteen different signature martini's
10. Let's Get Poppin - family owned gourmet popcorn shop
