"Small quiet street that connects to the JCC"

Monumental Avenue is a small, quiet residential street that is located off of Libbie Avenue near St. Mary's Hospital. Monumental Avenue is home to a few middle-class residential homes and provides additional road access to Richmond's Jewish Community Center. Monumental Avenue should not be confused with Monument Avenue, one of Richmond's major residential streets.
