Looking for the SAFEST AREA in South Florida

I am a single female that will be moving alone, so I need to know the safest areas in south florida....Im looking to be between Tampa, Miami, Ft.Lauderdale,Orlando or even West Palm Beach...I want to stay in an apartment that's gated but still in a safe neighborhood with reasonable rent between $700-$850 a month for a 1bedroom....can anyone help?
