Melannie Court in San Jose, California is a great place to raise a family and a very quiet court. Everyone knows their neighbors on this small court. The houses are average track style old ranchers. Some of them need updating but all of them keep their homes and yards well maintained. Excellent location within minutes of downtown San Jose. Good schools, restaurants, shopping, golf and colleges nearby.
