This neighborhood is right on a heavily used street, so you hear cars driving by all hours of the day. It is also adjacent to swamp lands, meaning the mosquito population is heavier than in most areas.

School street is a great street. The cars can sometime go fast but there are sidewalks. It is close to downtown but you don't have to drive through downtown to get to the highways. On days with good wind, you can smell the ocean!

And there's a curfew. I forgot what it was (I don't pay attention to it ;)) but still... kinda stupid
and there's not much going on...
