We have been in this neighborhood for about half year. Very friendly neighbors of diverse make-up. Since the streets are interconnected loops, all car traffic are residents. Borders the Wildlife Refuge- so you'll see a variety of wildlifes, especially birds. Also very close to Concord's historical sites, and Concord Center, a pedestrian friendly collection of shops. The area offers many hiking and biking trails.

The downsides are limited dining options, though still what you would expect from your typical suburban settings. And also the close proximity to the Hanscomb airport means you'll hear small airplanes flying overhead on clear summer days.
