Maddening. It's always crazy busy in the Lower East Side, so if you find a spot, it may take you a year to get into it because of all the traffic. And, there are so many people going in and out of bars all day and night, I wouldn't want to leave my car on the street for long. I've seen some very bizarre things happen to peoples' cars and stoops in that neighborhood.
