One landmark within Hopewell Junction is the old railroad station in town near the rail trail. I'm not entirely certain how old it is, but it's definitely historical enough that there's a large effort being undertaken to restore it.

Otherwise you'll see a few historical markers elsewhere in East Fishkill and in surrounding towns, particularly dating back to the Colonial and Revolutionary War eras.

Furthermore, East Fishkill (Hopewell Junction's town) does have a historical society which one can contact for more information.
