Is Gramercy Park in New York City a good place to live for singles?

Eh, not really. It's a beautiful neighborhood but there aren't a ton of bars or restaurants. And, because it's so expensive, Gramercy has an older demographic -- most of the people there are already shacked up. So, it's pretty sleepy at night.
