Living on this street since the subdivision was developed and have loved it. Lots of families, not a lot of nosy neighbors. It's definitely great if you value your privacy but still want to mingle with the neighbors every now and again.

The only negative aspect in my opinion is the number of homes that are becoming rental properties and some of the shady practices the realtors for these rental properties are engaging in (based on what I've heard from a neighbor who has recently moved away).
