With the exception of speeders exceeding 25MPH that is posted. I worry about joggers and children. Other than that, its a beautiful, well established community thats close enough to shopping, schools, restaurants and employment but doesn't feel like it is once you're home! Plenty of beautiful homes, the lake and a park-like feel to it with hills and valleys. Great for riding a bike or golf cart. Deer love it here too!!
