The road where you can find the CDC, Emory Clinic and EU Hospital and Wesley Woods all in the same vicinity. Clifton Road has everything you need minus an actual place to live, except if you're either a doctor, college student or a patient. Some patients do actually live in the hospital, I'm serious. Other than that everything is pretty much mundane.

The traffic jams are pretty regular on this road. The level of healthcare at these facilities are far more superior than the traffic, however!

So take a change and visit, just don't move in because you may not be able to afford it anyways!
