Street is well away from any main roads so virtually no traffic - only traffic comes trying to leave neighbourhood as you pass the schools so at wrong time of day can be waiting a few minutes, but apart from that is probably the quietest street I've ever lived in.

If I was a bit younger would find it a bit boring out here, but at my age am happy with the peaceful life. It's not a particularly hip area with lots of clubs or bars, but plenty of restaurants within a few miles, North Point mall is 10mins away, Kroger/Publix within 1 mile, middle and high-school within walking distance.

Houses are very well-priced for the zipcode, HOA ensures very good standards, so all houses are very presentable and tidy. New homes nearby sell for double what you can get for a very nice 15-20 year old home in this neighbourhood - I've lived hear over a year and I'm either missing something or this street is a real hidden gem in the area.
