I don't really think so. It's not awful but I think it's pretty sketchy. It just looks like a wasteland. There's no bar or restaurant scene which means there aren't people milling around at night. I always think that's a recipe for disaster as far as crime goes. And, there's a lot of dark alleys, garages, etc. It's not god awful, but it's not ideal either.
