Looking for a family friendly neighborhood in Fort Collins

You would probably want to focus more on the North part of town or East part of town... Central Ft. Collins will not accommodate the lot sizes you are looking for but will accommodate the home sizes you are looking for.... another factor to consider is schools. Once you narrow down the schools you would like to be in it is easier to look for the property.... Neighboring towns to the East such as Windsor, Ault, Eaton will offer more property lots, but will not be in Ft. Collins Schools. I think it is too broad of a question at this point to directly answer, but know there are options, you just have to figure out other importances first. I would be happy to supply you with some ideas of neighborhoods once you narrow down your search criteria and location. One you might look into is Hearthfire or Eagle Lake, both in N. Ft Collins to see if you like the feel of that?
