Van Buren St. seems to be the most quiet residential area in Hollywood. I think it is absolutely perfect for older people looking to retire in this town. Its close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but far enough away so that you don't see traffic and a bunch of people. When i was here, It seemed great, and everyone took exceptional care of their lawns and homes. Happy house hunting!
