quietest block in east village?

in a neighborhood filled with bars and loudness, does anyone know one of the more quiet and peaceful blocks in the east village? maybe a block that's mostly residential with less nightlife?

Hmm, try above Tompkins Square Park, Avenue A and Avenue B. Avenue C and D get sketchy at night.
