"What happened to Camden Forrest?"
This community would be better if residents could 1) use the pool and 2) people stopped buying pets that they cannot take care of properly. Many dogs roam free to relieve themselves on people's lawns. Unfortunately, the owners do not care and do not scoop the poop.
This community is quiet and used to be awesome. Now it is fair to live in because it is quiet for the most part, but some people do not know much about keeping their neighbor's areas clean. There is an association fee, but there is question of who is really paying it. The amount of kids has risen too. Some of them obviously do not live in the community.
Bigger homes popping up near the community are much more appealing. Since these are town homes, they do have the potential to sell for first time buyers. My hope is that people with kids and large pets realize that this not necessarily the community for them.
