"100 year old houses in a family neighborhood in the center of town"
The Chestnut Hill Neighborhood is located just outside the Erie City limits in the Township of Millcreek. it is perfectly located between the downtown business and nightlife district of Erie and the large shopping area of Summit. Taxes are low and schools are good. The houses in this neighborhood are all large and most are nearly 100 years old. All are showcase type houses with hardwood floors, walnut trim and large, well manicured gardens. The neighborhood attracts families looking for room to raise their children but who do not want to give up the attractions of the city.
